How do I check rates and availability for Hadley’s Motel without making a reservation?

To check rates and availability, you follow the same process you do to make a reservation. You are not obligated to give your credit card and book a reservation, unless you choose to book a reservation during the process.

  • Select the Reservations tab above.
  • Select the desired dates.
  • Select the number of adults and children.
  • Click “GO”.
  • This Page Shows the total rate for each type of room for the dates selected.
  • Simply close the browser screen if you desire not to make a reservation.

How do I cancel my reservation?

You must contact Hadley’s Motel via email at reservations@hadleysmotel.com to cancel your reservation and request a refund of your payments to that date. Please have your confirmation email with you - you will need the six digit Reservation Confirmation Number located at the top of the confirmation email you received. Please remember that all reservations are subject to a $10 cancellation fee prior to 72 hours of your reservation date. No refunds will be made within 72 hours of your reservation date.

How do I modify my reservation?

You must contact Hadley’s Motel via email at reservations@hadleysmotel.com to modify your reservation. Please have your confirmation email with you - you will need the six digit Reservation Confirmation Number located at the top of the confirmation email you received.

I made a reservation; however, I didn't receive a confirmation by e-mail. Why not?

Confirmation of your reservation is sent to the e-mail address that you entered when filling out the reservation form. If your e-mail address is entered incorrectly or is no longer valid, our system cannot send you a written confirmation. This does not change the status of your reservation, however, it will prevent you from receiving a written confirmation to your e-mail address.

Is this a secure website?

Sensitive information, such as your credit card number, is encrypted using industry standard encryption, and our reservation engine is PCI compliant.

How long does it take for Hadley’s Motel to receive my reservation?

Hadley’s Motel should receive your reservation instantly after the completion of your booking, however, we then need to manually approve the reservation.  This process usually takes anywhere from 1 hour to 24 hours.  Once we have entered the reservation in our system, you will receive a confirmation email informing you that the reservation process is complete.

If I do not want to use my credit card online what are my options?

We are unable to process your reservation through the Internet without a valid and accepted credit card and expiration date. You can make a reservation over the phone using a credit card by emailing us at reservations@hadleysmotel.com and giving us a phone number where we can contact you.

I think I booked a reservation; however, I can't locate it. How can I find it?

To see if you have a reservation booked in our system, please contact us at 406-646-9534, or email us at reservations@hadleysmotel.com.

Which credit cards can be used to guarantee a reservation?

A credit card number is required to confirm/guarantee your reservation. Hadley’s Motel accepts American Express, Diner's Club, Discover, MasterCard and Visa. Third party credit cards are not accepted as payment.

Will there be any penalty or charge if I am unable to use my confirmed reservation?

Hadley’s Motel assesses a $10 fee if a cancellation is made prior to 72 hours of the reservation date. No refund will be made if a reservation is cancelled within 72 hours of a reservation date.

What if I need to check in late?

If you are planning on checking in after 11:00 PM, you must advise us at least 24 hours prior to your arrival so we can have a desk clerk available to check you in.  If you fail to inform us of your late arrival, we reserve the right to charge you an after hours check-in fee of $45 USD.

Are rates different booking online?

Are there any additional fees associated with booking online? There are no additional fees for booking online.

What are your reservation policies regarding smoking, pets, and minimum age requirements?

Hadley’s Motel is a “No Smoking” facility. When you sign our guest registration form you will be guaranteeing that you will not smoke in any of the rooms, and you give us the right to bill your credit card for the cleanup of the room. Pets are not allowed in any rooms. You will be guaranteeing that you will not take pets into any of the rooms, and you give us the right to bill your credit card for the cleanup of the room. You must be 18 years of age to make a reservation, either online or in person.
